I run two 8-week mindfulness programs (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program & Mindful Self Compassion Training Course, and Mindfulness Retreats (full and half day options).  The aim of these courses is to cultivate the capacity to meet our moment to moment experiences with an attitude of non-judgement, curiosity acceptance and kindness.  Mindfulness practice allows us to live life more fully, coming out of autopilot mode and embracing the simple joys of life even when difficulty is present.  It deepens our wisdom and compassion so that we can skillfully respond to our experiences, rather than reacting in ways that often fail to meet our deeper needs.

The fee is $575 for the 8 week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course and the 8 week Mindful Self-Compassion Course (MSC). The fee is $130 for each participant registration for the full day mindfulness retreat, and $80 for the 3 hour mindfulness based introductory workshops.


No previous experience with mindfulness or meditation is required to attend any of the mindfulness courses that I run. To insure safety, participants are asked to provide background information when they register for any of the mentioned courses.

All mindfulness programming that I offer is not appropriate for anyone who is:

  • Under the age of 18

  • Currently struggling with an active addiction

  • Experiencing psychosis

  • In crisis

  • Experienced a recent trauma

Check with your insurance company prior to course registration to inquire if this course will be reimbursed under your insurance plan.  Many companies nationally and internationally have historically covered the cost of this course.
